Returns Policy

Rhyno Clayworks makes customer service a top priority.
We want to do our very best to make certain you are happy with your product.
If there is a problem with your order, or something you are not happy with, please be sure to contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and we will do our best to ensure you are happy with your experience.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


All items from Rhyno Clayworks will be packed with care; beginning with a layer of bubble wrap then placed into an appropriate sized box filled and packed securely with packing peanuts.


Please read the individual item descriptions for estimated crafting or processing times for each design. Many pieces are custom and made to order; each item listing/description states the amount of time that may be needed to make the piece for you or to process your order, depending on current demand.


We ship via USPS or UPS ground. Once your piece is ready to leave the studio; Add this shipping time to the in-house processing time for your piece(s), and you will have an estimate of when you will receive your order.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available but will be specific to the country to be shipped to.
